Physiotherapy
We provide one on one service with a registered physiotherapist. We do not leave you with assistants.
We offer physiotherapy for 4 days a week, we are flexible to accommodate your schedule. We focus more on Hands On techniques, Soft Tissue Release, Myofascial release, trigger point release, Mobilizations and therapeutic exercise, however, use of modalities like use modalities like TENS, ultrasound, shockwave, laser, and other electrical and thermal agents for pain relief may be needed based on your condition.
Our Physiotherapists have experience in musculoskeletal care like spine and joints conditions like neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain etc. Some examples of the conditions we treat:

Chiropractic
We provide one on one service with Chiropractors. Like our Physiotherapists, our Chiropractor also incorporates both passive and active rehabilitation strategies that are driven by clinical evidence.
Our Chiropractors focuses on restoring your normal movement, relieving pain and maintaining the good health of your joints, muscles and nerves. Depending on your condition, the chiropractor may manipulate\adjust of your spine or joints. Our Chiropractors have experience in Spine conditions like Neck pain, Back pain, Disc problems, pinched nerve causing radiating pain to your legs or hands and also other joints and muscle conditions. Massage Therapy
We provide Therapeutic massage therapy in a quiet and professional environment. We have both male and Female massage therapist. Our Massage therapists are registered with College of Massage Therapist of Ontario. We also have massage therapists who provide Thai massage, Indian Ayurvedic massage, Swedish Massage, Stone massage, Sirodhara etc.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a technique where a thin, solid needle is inserted into the skin at specific points on the body. It is a traditional medical treatment originating in China where it has been used for 2500 years. In North America, its use has increased dramatically for treating a variety of conditions. University-based research studies are showing acupuncture is of significant benefit in treating many different injuries and disabilities.
Arise Physio & Massage Clinic only uses sterile, single-use needles for every acupuncture application. If you are pregnant or are a haemophiliac, acupuncture requires extra caution. Possible side effects include minimal bleeding at the site of insertion and slight bruising.
Custom made Orthotics
We provide custom-made orthotics based on the measurements taken with your footprint. Custom orthotics can help rebalance your feet, reducing pain and discomfort by enhancing your body’s natural movements. Arise Physio is proud to offer a full-service facility for the assessment and dispensing/fitting of custom foot orthotics. We’re experienced in biomechanical abnormalities of the foot and will make sure you get the right orthotic for your needs. A custom orthotic reduces strain and stress by properly aligning the feet. They correct imbalances or abnormalities by supporting the foot precisely where it’s needed, based on our thorough examination. For example, if you have a pronated (or flattened) arch, a custom orthotic would be made to support the arch, correcting forefoot and heel alignment and reducing strain in these areas. The benefits can be seen and felt through the ankle, knee, hip, and even low the back if these areas have been compensating for poor foot alignment.
